The Project comprises of a new low-rise wood construction located at 1203 St-Augustin Rd in Embrun, Ontario. The site is currently vacant and is used as a park. The Work consists of, but is not limited to, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and landscape work as described on the Consultants drawings and specifications. MBC invites you to bid on this tender package-01 which includes earthworks, reinforced concrete foundation basement, slab on grade, waterproofing membrane as well as pavement curbs and sidewalks. This is a construction management project to build a new accommodation building located in Embrun. This stand-alone wood frame structure consists of a full height basement plus three floors above grade totaling approximately 39,800 ft2. The ground floor includes a few common administration space however the entire complex is dedicated to apartments.
