for furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, etc., and performing all work necessary to complete 2025 ASPHALT MAINTENANCE CONTRACT - PROJECT NO.: 700.22.001 ; for the City of Mandeville. This contract will be utilized by the City of Mandeville to complete general maintenance and emergency work activities for asphaltic concrete paving maintenance and other related work throughout the City of Mandeville as detailed on the plans and stated in the specifications. Types of work under this contract generally consists of asphalt roadway maintenance, reconstruction, and/or rehabilitation work, including but not limited to, removal and disposal of asphalt, cold planning & overlay of asphaltic pavement, placement asphaltic pavement and/or patching, saw cutting, reinforced paving grids or mats, loop detectors, asphalt curb repairs, pavement striping, installation of regulatory signage, crack cleaning & sealant, speed calming humps or devices, and other asphalt pavement roadway reconstruction such as the addition of asphalt turning lanes or median crossings, in addition to other related miscellaneous work and incidentals thereto throughout the City of Mandeville on as needed basis. The contract will be for one (1) calendar year, with the option to extend up to two (2) additional years for a maximum of three (3) year duration. Individual task orders will be issued under the contract, up to a maximum combined value of $3,000,000. No minimum value is guaranteed.
