Most of the work being done is on the mechanical system of the high school side, from the basement to the roof. The updates to the ductwork, piping, and mechanical units, will require areas of ceiling replacement - in these areas, new lighting fixtures will be installed. Structural involvement is limited, but there will be additional bracing for new mechanical equipment and ducting and penetrations through walls. Architectural and interior finish updates include a refreshed Bandnand Choir area with updated casework, new doors, and efficient storage solutions.
