The East Central Independent School District ("ECISD" or "Owner") of Bexar County, Texas proposes to construct the East Central New Elementary School #10, Adkins, Texas in Bexar County, TX. East Central ISD is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the work pursuant to Texas Education Code Sections 44.038. Project Description: The Project to include but not limited to the following systems: 1. Site Preparation 2. Sitework 3. Suspended Slab Foundation 4. CMU and Drywall systems 5. Traditional structural steel framing with metal deck 6. Miscellaneous steel canopies. 7. Sealants and Miscellaneous waterproofing 8. Aluminum Windows, Hollow Metal and Aluminum Doors and Frames, Wood Doors 9. Polished Concrete, Paint, Acoustical Ceilings 10. Miscellaneous Building specialities such as signs, toilet compartments & accessories, fire extinguishers, etc 11. Miscellaneous Building Equipment 12. Elevators are included. 13. Mechanical and Plumbing Systems to include HVAC equipment, controls, Plumbing Fixtures, Drinking Fountains and Piping, etc. 14. Electrical Systems to include light fixtures, wiring, panelboards, switches, fire alarms, public address system. 15. Technology Systems Pathways to include data conduits, pathways and drops (cabling under separate contract).
