Reference number: 20093504 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-09-29 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 24 Description: The work consists of upgrading Yamaska Street between St-Bruno and Spoor Streets. More specifically, considering that the La Montégériade regional bike path runs along this street, the Town of Farnham wishes to completely overhaul the current street layout in order to offer a better solution to its users. In addition, it wishes to take advantage of this work to replace the combined sandstone pipe, which is in poor condition, by separating the networks. The work includes: - Site preparation; - Demolition of existing structures; - Replacement of a combined sewer pipe with a sanitary sewer pipe and a storm sewer pipe; - Reconstruction of the road structure and paving; - Construction of a street structure concept, including the development of a new multi-purpose trail; - Various related work. The works between St-Paul Street and Spoor Street must be carried out between 29 June 2026 and 21 August 2026 (school closure) and all works (including the other section) must be completed by 15 October 2026 at the latest.
