Jefferson middle school: A. Parking lot replacements, adding a drop off loop with ada parking by the softball Fields, sidewalks & track resurfacing, loading dock stair replacement; door Replacements and exterior site security improvements, security window film. 5. Bus garage: A. Replace exterior man doors & overhead doors; parking lot replacement and bus lift Replacement. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after opening of bids.
