To be considered technically acceptable, the contractor must submit: written approval or certification from the roof panel manufacturer confirming at least three years of experience; a North Carolina General Contractor License with "S" classification or equivalent; a workmanship warranty of 10 years or more; and a technical proposal demonstrating the ability to meet all Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.
