Design-Bid-Build construction contract for the B-21 Munitions Maintenance (MUNS MX) facility at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. The scope includes complete construction of the facility, foundations, sitework, utilities, site access (including preparation, aggregate, culvert installation, and earthwork), and demolition of existing building B88031. Optional work includes additional site access improvements, procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), installation and commissioning of Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Access Control System (ACS), installation of a fuel resistive resinous flooring system, and removal/disposal of excess contaminated soils, asbestos-containing materials (ACM), and non-adhered lead-based paint in B88031. The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed Price agreement with a performance period of 730 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Electronic submission of offers is required, and performance and payment bonds must be furnished within 10 calendar days of award. The estimated construction cost of this project is between $25,000,000 and $1000,000,000, IAW DFARS 236.204(ii).
