Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Denton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project scope shall include the Sidewalk Improvements, approximately 1,014 SF of 4' wide, 4"- 3,600 psi reinforced concrete sidewalk, 20,392 SF of 6' wide, 4"-3,600 psi reinforced concrete sidewalk, 12,118 SF of 8' wide, 5"-3,600 psi reinforced concrete sidewalk, and 36 flared barrier free ramps to serve 123 lots on approximately 37 acres. The project is located West of I-35 and south of Robson Ranch Road, in the Town of Northlake, Denton County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened.
