Selective demolition and redevelopment of existing basement spaces to accommodate a new MRI unit with supporting spaces at CancerCare Manitoba MacCharles Building comprising of the following: - Architectural Finishes (GWB partitions, ceilings & acoustics, flooring, millwork, aluminum glazed systems, patient lift systems, RF shielding, etc.). - Structural Elements (reinforcing of existing structure, underpinning piling, construction of concrete MRI delivery shaft into sub-basement level, steel chiller support structure, etc.). - Mechanical Systems (selective demolition and redevelopment of plumbing, HVAC and fire protection systems to suit new layouts). - Electrical Systems (selective demolition and redevelopment of lighting, power, & data systems, modifications to existing power, data, exit & emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems to suit new layouts). - Supply & installation of a Siemens MAGNETON Vida 3.0 Tesla unit by Siemens Healthcare Limited.
