RFQ - GHADs On-Call Geotechnical Consulting Services The Dougherty Valley and Northwest San Ramon Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts ("DV GHAD," "NWSR GHAD," or "GHADs") request a Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a "Respondent" and collectively, "Respondents") for On-Call Geotechnical Consulting Services ("Services"). The GHADs require On-Call Geotechnical Consulting Services ("Services") for GHAD maintenance, repair and monitoring projects. The GHADs reserve the right to award the contract to more than one Respondent. Each GHAD may award a separate contract to a Respondent, and no contract with a single GHAD shall constitute any obligation on the part of the other GHAD. Planned RFQ Schedule.
