Urban Lakes Renovation / Irrigation System Replacement (Freestone and Crossroads) Project Numbers: Pr0570 / Pr1160 Contract Number: 326000197 Project Description: This Will Be a Construction Manager at Risk Project Pursuant to Ars Section 34-601 Et Seq. A General Description of the Project is: Freestone Lakes Renovation and Irrigation System Replacement and Crossroads Lake Renovation and Irrigation System Replacement. The Scope Includes Lake Dredging, Lake Liner Replacements, Pump Replacements and Upgrades, Turf Removal to Eliminate Run-off Into Lakes, Aeration Equipment Upgrades, Reconditioning of Pump Stations, and Other Related Lake Operational System Improvements at Freestone Park and Crossroads Park Lakes. The Scope Also Includes Irrigation System Improvements at Freestone and Crossroads Parks That Will Include a Complete Replacement of the Irrigation System From Downstream of the Existing Pump Stations. The New Irrigation System Will Be Designed to Accommodate Potential Future Park Needs, Development and Address Deficiencies Within the Existing System. One Additional Pump Station and a Waterline to Feed the Southern Lake Will Be Added to the Existing System at Freestone Park As Long as the Subject Matter of the Solicitation is Not Discussed, Proposers May Continue to Conduct Business With Gilbert. Any Statement of Qualifications Not Received Electronically via the Town of Gilbert Electronic Bidding Platform Will Not Be Accepted. The Soq Must Include All Information Items Listed in the Rfq in the Order Listed. Minority and Women's Business Enterprises Are Encouraged to Submit on This Project.
