Reference Number 0000302342 The Signage Strategy for Ontario Northland will serve as a guide for development and implementation of new signage across properties. It will enhance visibility and promote access to services. It will ensure consistency, accessibility and sustainability in all areas of ONTC. This will be achieved through three project phases: Phase 1: Assessment and Planning of North Bay, Englehart and Cochrane Operational Locations Conduct inventory and condition of existing signage. Including gateway, directional, building entrances and bay doorways. Evaluate visibility and consistency of current signage and identify gaps and redundancies Engage stakeholders - including health and safety, operations, freight, and remanufacturing. Phase 2: Design and Strategy Establish design and layout ensuring consistency and accessibility Create signage hierarchy and design framework including: a) Gateway signs at entry points and freight yard access. b) Directional signage to guide parking and entry to key locations c) Doorway signage and track markers as identified d) Building specific safety requirements and PPE Develop recommendations for size, material, placement, visibility and sustainability. Ensure brand standards and health and safety requirements are met. Produce a detailed guide in a pdf format featuring instructions on how to apply the strategy, principles, standards, sign types, visuals, and artwork. Phase 3: Implementation Plan Develop a prioritized, phased implementation plan identifying short, medium and long-term actions and suggested roles and responsibilities for implementation and maintenance. The successful vendor will be required to present an executive summary of the guidelines and implementation plan to Ontario Northland employees for training purposes. Prepare final artwork for production Phase 4: Ongoing Support As signs are installed, ongoing support may be required as challenges and opportunities arise. Respondents are required to provide their hourly rates in Proposal Form 1 Forms.
