This is an RFQ to award a blanket for three (3) years with two one-year extension periods. The awarded bidder/vendor is required to Supply SMPD_MATERIALS_Hydro Flow items such as hoses, elbows, nozzles to NYCHA. These materials should be readily available for delivery within 10 days after receipt of order on an "as needed basis" throughout the duration of the contract period. The quantities provided are estimates based on current and anticipated usage and the New York City Housing Authority may order less or more depending on our needs. All price adjustable RFQ'S are fixed for one year after award date. Awarded vendors are entitled to one price increase per year upon review of manufacturer's supporting documentation justifying the requested line-item price increase. All questions regarding SMPD_MATERIALS_ Electrical Supplies Items should be submitted via email. Responses to all questions will be uploaded in ISupplier
