The Owner, the Granville Central School District will recieve sealed bids to furnish material and labor to complete the 2024 Capital Project Phase 2 which includes renovations and alterations. Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: Project scope includes but is not limited to: MSHS: Science Classroom renovations; Auditorium renovation; Fine Art wing renovations; Toilet Room renovations; Exterior bleachers; Pavement and plaza reconstruction; Fire Alarm replacement; UV replacement; Boiler Plant replacement; Secure Vestibule GES: Boiler plant replacement; Secure Vestibule; Pavement reconstruction MJT: Boiler Plant replacement; Secure Vestibule; Flooring replacement; construction of bypass road; pavement and sidewalk reconstruction; UV replacement BG: Toilet Room and Office renovations; Full parking lot reconstruction and reconfiguration; Fueling Island and UG tank replacement and relocation; Heating System Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the terms indicated in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, reject any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. Bids shall not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the Work, as the Owner being exempt therefrom.
