Ellis Don Corporation is the Construction Manager for the new 528 bed Long-Term Care Facility located at 4000 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The project is a 16-storey above grade facility in Toronto, with a GFA of approximately 65,600 sq m. consisting of the following areas 1. 2 Levels of Retail/Clinic Space (Approx 4,200 sq m) 2. 5 Floors of Open-air Parking garage (532 parking spaces, approx. 24,900 sq m) 3. 9 Floors of Long-Term Care (528 beds, Approx 32,000 sq m) 4.
