Contractor shall fully and timely perform all work required to rehabilitate and improve the Property, the scope of which is more fully described in the "Notice of Request for Quotes (SGD 15-158) for Senior Grant Program" and the "Senior Grant Program Check List and Work Scope" attached hereto as Exhibit 2 (the "Work"). The Work shall include all acts reasonably necessary to complete the Work including, but not limited to, furnishing all personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, fixtures, transportation and any other services reasonably related to the Work (including, but not limited to, supervision of workers), whether or not expressly set forth in the Scope of Work. Bonds: Contractor License Surety Bond B/B-2-Minimum requirement Class "B" General Building Contractor license and/or "B-2" Residential Remodeling Contractor license (preferred) issued by the Contractors State License Board, California Department of Consumer Affairs. License must be current and valid for the duration of the contract. EPA "Lead-Safe" Certification issued by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The certification must be current and valid for the duration of contract. Completion Period: 30-Calander Days from date noted in the Notice to Proceed Non-Completion Penalty: $500,00 per day if the required Work is not performed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and in compliance with the Notice to Proceed.
