Labor and Material (Payment) Bond With Surety in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Amount. Also Required is a Maintenance Bond With Surety in the Amount of 10% of the Contract Amount. The County of Bucks reserves the right to reject any or all bids and also reserves the right to waive any irregularities, informalities, deficiencies and/or defects in the bids received.
