Scope of work The successful contractor shall provide services as outlined in the exhibits listed below: Exhibit b division 14 section 14 21 00 technical specifications for modernization Of three (3) geared traction passenger elevators at 1909 building, 1900 Sw fourth ave. Portland, or 97201 Exhibit c division 14 section 14 24 00 technical specifications for modernization Of one (1) hydraulic passenger elevator at cop east precinct, 737 se 106th ave. Portland, or 97216 Exhibit d division 14 section 14 24 00 technical specifications for modernization Of one (1) hydraulic passenger elevator at cop north precinct, 499 ne Emerson st. Portland, or 97211. Exhibit e division 14 section 14 24 00 technical specifications for modernization Of one (1) hydraulic passenger elevator at portland communication Center, 3732 se 99th avenue, portland, or 97266. Exhibit f alternate 1 - division 14 section 14 24 00 technical specifications for Modernization of one (1) hydraulic passenger elevator at st. John's Building, 7214 n philadelphia ave, portland, or 97203. Bids may also be withdrawn in person before bid closing time upon presentation of appropriate identification. Questions or clarifications it is the bidder's responsibility to ask questions, request changes or clarifications, or inform the city of portland, procurement services if it believes the language, specifications or requirements of this itb are ambiguous, contradictory, or have other problems. Unless a different time is provided in the itb, questions received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date bids are due may not be answered clarifications of any provision of the solicitation document are binding only if the city amends the solicitation document by addendum. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the bid, payable to the city of portland as a guarantee that the bid shall be irrevocable for a period of forty-five (45) calendar days after the date bids are due and time, and as liquidated damages should the bidder fail or neglect to furnish the required performance and payment bonds and insurance and execute a contract within seven (7) days after receiving said contract from the city auditor for execution.
