The criteria, requirements, limitations and specifications included in these Standards shall govern, from the effective date hereinafter set out, all development or improvement of subdivided areas and other water, wastewater, paving and drainage within the City of Bastrop, Bastrop County, Texas and, to the extent legally permitted, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Bastrop. Approximately 3,620 LF of wastewater pipe to be upsized by bursting from 10 inches to 12 inches, 70 LF of new 15-inch wastewater pipe by bore with steel casing, and 715 LF of new 15-inch wastewater pvc pipe by open cut to be tied into an existing 36-inch gravity main. Corresponding manhole upgrades and surface repairs are also included in the scope of work. Question Deadline 10/10/2025 Bidder shall immediately submit Request for Bid Information, to Project Manager upon finding errors, discrepancies, or omissions in Bid Documents. Confirmation of receipt of questions by the City is the responsibility of Bidder. Verbal discussions and answers are not binding. B.
