Closing Time: 12:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/09/19 12:00:00 PM NDT Hollett Place, Botwood Shingle Replacment and Attic Insulation Increase Contractor is responsible to confirm all dimensions. 1 Remove existing roof shingles, underlayment's, drip edge, vents, flanges, flashings. and dispose of at a proper waste disposal Site. Replace any deteriorated roof sheathing. Unit price to be entered on page TF-8, Schedule "D". 2 Replace any deteriorated fascia boards or metal fascia with new. Unit price to be entered on page TF-8, Schedule "D". 3 Remove any wet or damaged existing attic insulation and replace with new to match existing type and R-value. Unit price to be entered on page TF-8, Schedule "D". 4Re-nail existing roof deck, using galvanized nails to penetrate framing by 50mm. Fill in any ridge openings to match existing. 5 Supply and install new ridge vents as per manufacturer's instructions and specifications. 6 Supply and Install new vent stacks and all other roof vents and flanges as required as per specifications and per drawing 10-101. Install new TWO TONE BLACK architectural shingles using high wind application as per 7 manufacturer's instructions using six nails per shingle complete with new drip edge. Apply eave protection underlayment parallel to eaves and outlooks and entire roof surface as recommended by shingle manufacturer and all associated building materials as per specifications and drawing 7-100. Install new roof wall flashings and step flashings at all locations where roof intercepts wall as per drawing 7-101 and drawing 7-102. 8Remove and dispose of any damaged continuous metal eavestrough at proper waste disposal site. Supply new continuous metal eaves trough where removed or missing complete with new downspouts angled away from foundation as per specifications and drawing 7-200-F. At each down spout supply and install new concrete splash block as per specifications. Unit price to be entered on page TF-8, Schedule"D". .9Upgrade existing Attic insulation in all units to R-52 minimum. Ensure proper air flow at eaves as per specifications and drawing 7-200-F. .10 Supply and Install new insulated attic hatch or construct new hatch in each unit (6) as per specifications and drawing 7-401.
