Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,400-square-foot municipal facility.

The work consists of, but is not limited to: Remove and strip rubber membrane and backerboard from roof. o Install face metal along the outside edges. o Install new backerboard and secure with manufacturer recommended screws and plates. o Adhere .60 mil EPDM rubber roof membrane to backer board. o All seams of the roofing system sealed according to manufacturer recommendations. o Install flashing on edges and curbs. o Clean-up and removal of all materials and scraps caused by the construction. o Roof warranty required. o The roof surface is approximately 9,400 sq. ft.
