Abatement and Demolition of a Middle School Building and Auditorium. The work consists of the partial abatement and demolition of an existing old middle school building in Winthrop MA. Total GSF across 3 levels is approximately 90,000sf. Misc. site demo is included as well. Refer to the attached specifications regarding identified hazmat material and removal specifications and procedures. Also related scope includes but is not limited to; predemolition conditions survey, make safe, cut and cap applicable utilities.
