Major items of work include: construction of 4" pvc water line as shown in the drawings, connecting to pws well #5 and pws well #7, and improvements to the telemetry system. Project funding: this project is funded by the kdhe small town water and sewer infrastructure grant program (stwsia). Prevailing wage and domestic preference (babaa, ais) provisions do not apply Bid security: in the amount of five percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with instructions to bidders. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Question Deadline 10/10/2025 Questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be directed to Engineer. Questions received less than 7-days prior to the bid opening date may not be answered.
