This project encompasses the complete supply, installation, demolition, and environmentally responsible disposal of outdated equipment, performed in strict adherence to local and federal regulations. A mandatory site walkthrough and documented verification process will occur prior to the delivery or installation of any new equipment. All assessments, checks, and tests will be thoroughly documented, with results provided to the Detroit Transportation Corporation (DTC) in both written and electronic formats. The following documentation must be submitted in electronic format: a site-specific installation plan, a commissioning plan, a training plan for up to fifteen personnel, and a demolition/disposal plan.
