NAIT is looking to replace the existing video wall system in the Nexen Theatre, located in the Y-Building on Main Campus, with a new LG Direct View LED video wall (Model LSCC series). The selected vendor will be responsible for the safe removal of the current system, ensuring that all components remain intact, supplying the new LG system in accordance with NAIT's specifications, and installing it in compliance with the manufacturer's specifications. Additionally, NAIT may require a preventative maintenance plan or service plan as part of the scope of work. Due to Nexen Theatre being in active use during the semester, possible installation windows are limited. NAIT anticipates the physical installation to take place around midDecember. The exact dates and times are to be confirmed with the winning vendor. The removal, installation, and commissioning work should be completed within 1 to 1.5 weeks before NAIT closes for the winter break.
