As of November 21, 2025, project was awarded to Highway Safety Systems, awarded amount is $809,467.63. Work of the Project includes repainting walls, replacing acoustical ceilings, adding access controls to exterior doors, replacing lights, replacing windows, constructing new pre-engineered metal maintenance building, and construction of new practice fields. Perform Work of Contract under stipulated sum Contract with Owner according to Conditions of Contract. Question Deadline 10/08/2025 Any person with disabilities requiring special accommodations must contact the Owner no later than seven (7) days prior to bid opening. A brief description of the project is: Work of the Project includes repainting walls, replacing acoustical ceilings, adding access controls to exterior doors, replacing lights, replacing windows, constructing new pre-engineered metal maintenance building, and construction of new practice fields. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the L.R.S. Each Bidder must deposit with the bid, security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract amount
