Site work, new single-level, concrete block wall construction with metal panel veneer, aluminum storefront system, standing seam metal roof on pre-engineered structural frame, interior concrete block walls and paint finish, acoustical tile ceiling, epoxy floor finishes, locker equipment, plus plumbing, mechanical and electrical work as required to perform the work under this contract for the Citronelle Athletic Building, finished completion ready for use by the Owner in strict accordance with the contract documents including plans and specifications as prepared by Allred Stolarski Architects, PA PC. Include the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment and services necessary for the proper completion of the building and other work as called for in the drawings and specifications Project consists of furnishing all labor, and material and incidentals to complete the Citronelle High School Athletic Building in accordance with the plans and specifications. Citronelle High School Athletic Building A Cashier's Check or Bid Bond Payable to the Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County in the Amount Not Less Than Five (5) Percent of the Amount of the Bid, but in No Event More Than $10,000 Must Accompany the Bidder's Proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and Evidence of Insurance Required in the Bid Documents Will Be Required at the Signing of the Contract.
