**As of October 23 , 2025 , This project has been awarded to Ashford Painting, LLC of Chamblee, GA, in the amount of $147,619.34..** All services required for the removal and replacement of wall coverings on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor of the Hall County Courthouse. The contractor will be responsible for removing all debris and job-related waste from the site upon completion of the project. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, material and supervision necessary for the completion of assigned tasks. All work is to be performed during regular business hours while the Courthouse remains open and operational. Contractor shall utilize safety barriers around the work area to ensure safety of courthouse patrons. The Hall County Courthouse is a secure facility. All workers will be subject to enhanced security measures, including inspection of tools and materials by a K-9 unit. A Sheriff's Deputy must be present in the Courthouse building for work to be performed. Under no circumstances is any work to be performed without a Sheriff's Deputy present in the Courthouse building. The County will retain and withhold funds from compensation in compliance with Georgia law. The County may hold up to five percent (5%) retainage throughout the entire project and will release said retainage at the point of completion and final acceptance by the County Public Reading: Bid openings are open to the public and to Bidders. Bidders are not required to attend but may do so. The Issuing Officer named herein, or another Purchasing team member, will open and publicly read all Bidder's company names, their locations, and proposed costs on the date, time, and at the address above.
