The contract includes the removal of the existing pipe crossing, installation of three (3) 36" Corrugated Plastic Pipes, including all restoration work on roadway and grounds along Elm Grove Road in Franklin Township. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms, in the manner designated therein, and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to Franklin Township and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the base amount bid, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner further reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder whom it finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to be non-responsible. Owner also reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder. Bidders are required to conform to all provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, the Prevailing Wage Act, and the requirements of the Equal Employment Opportunities Act.
