Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Barnegat Light, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project involves approximately 8,400 SY of pavement removal, 1,266 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt Top Course, 1,532 Tons of Hot Mix Asphalt Intermediate Course, 238 LF of drainage replacement, four (4) drainage structures and restoration including road restriping, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb, concrete driveway, landscaping and all other necessary to restore areas damaged by construction. and 2024 Borough Utility Replacement Project - 7th Street from East End to Bayview Avenue: The project includes approximately 1,105 LF of water main replacement with 705 LF of water service replacement, two (2) hydrant replacements, and all pavement and site restoration required. A Buy America Compliance Plan is required to confirm that the material meets the Buy America requirements and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Pub. L. No. 117-58, which includes the Build America, Buy America Act ("the Act"). Pub. L. No. 117-58, && 70901-52 as specified in 106.03. See Special Provisions Section 106. A BID BOND drawn to the order of the Borough of Barnegat Light in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, but no more than $20,000.00, must be submitted with the proposal as BID SECURITY, pursuant to Local Public Contract Law (LPC) 40A:11-21. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same.
