This Request for Qualifications is for the purpose of selecting an Architectural/Engineering Consulting Team for design and construction services for the Echo Glen Children's Center Upper Campus Boiler Replacement project located at 33010 SE 99th Street, Snoqualmie, WA. This scope of work includes schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, bidding, construction administration and project closeout. A suggested phasing plan is: Phase 1 - Electrical Health & Social Services Building: Address / modify electrical distribution panels Demo existing air handlers and hydronic equipment Install new VRF & DOAS systems & connect new units to existing DDC control system. Connect new equipment to existing electrical distribution panels Phase 2 - Administration Building: Demo existing air handlers and hydronic equipment Install new VRF and DOAS systems and connect new units to existing DDC control system.
