The City of Union Will Be Accepting Sealed Bids Until Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 5:00 P.m., for the Maintenance and Care of the City of Union Cemetery. Each Bid Should Include a Quote for All-inclusive Year-round Care and Also a Separate Quote for Seven Months Maintenance (Grass Cutting Season). During Grass Cutting Season, the Cemetery Should Be Cut and Maintained Every Two (2) Weeks. Maintenance Will Include, but Not Limited to, Removing Dead Flowers From New Graves, Poisoning Ant Hills and Leveling Graves. The Contract Will Run From October, 2025 to September 30, 2026. All Contractors Submitting Bids Should Be Licensed and Bonded. The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Union, Mississippi, Reserve the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. Please Mark the Bid as Union Cemetery Bid and Submit to City Hall, 404 Bank Street, Union, Mississippi 39365.
