Renovation of a mixed-use development in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
the project entitled Physical Sciences Building - Auditorium 115 Renovation. 2324-PSCI-R-0083 This project includes the renovation of approximately 3,100 square feet located in the Physical Sciences building, Auditorium 115. Mobilization is expected to take place during Universitys Winter break (December 13, 2025 to January 20, 2026). The owner-furnished, owner-installed fixed seating delivery is expected January 5, 2026. All owner-furnished, contractor-installed flooring finishes will be on hand for December start and should be installed prior to fixed seating arrival. Project also includes improvements to Auditorium in base bid along with three alternates for additional improvements, if budget allows. .
