Summary The City of Phoenix is requesting qualifications for STREET TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT CONSOLIDATED RAIL INFRASTRUCTURE AND SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS (CRISI) - RAILROAD IMPROVEMENTS. Question Submission Deadline: September 26, 2025, 12:00pm Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this presubmittal meeting must be directed to the Contracts Specialist. 5 Questions pertaining to this selection process or contract issues should be submitted via the Procurement Portal. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested firms attend the pre-submittal meeting. The intersection of 43rd Avenue and Camelback Road is located along the border of Phoenix and the City of Glendale.
