Services may include, but are not limited to, hazardous materials testing, environmental compliance, industrial hygiene, asbestos and lead management, abatement oversight, and related services. This RFP includes two distinct categories of services, Category A and Category B. Category A is for On-Call Environmental Consulting Services and Category B is for Municipal Court Environmental Consulting Services which are project-specific and highly specialized. Proposers have the option to respond to Category A only, Category B only, or both Category A and B. The City reserves the right to evaluate and award each category independently and award a contract to the same Proposer for Category A and B.
