Renovation of a parking garage in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

Reference Number 0000398197 Garage Sealant Repair :- The Albany County Airport Authority ("Authority"), Albany New York is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide Garage Sealant Repair to both the North and South Garages at Albany International Airport. Repair failed sealant at DT-DT joints at the roof level of both the North and South Garages. Repair joints by removing existing sealant and replacing sealant joints and backer rod using urethane traffic grade sealant by Sika or approved equal. Demolition operations shall be performed during work hours agreed to with the Owner. . Contractor shall remove from site and legally dispose of all debris. . Remove existing damaged sealants and clean joints of all dirt, debris, and oils. . Replace backer rod. . Install sealant per manufacturer's instructions. . Where flange to flange connections are exposed, contact Engineer if damaged or broken.
