Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Town of Lunenburg (Town) is looking for a proponent to complete the removal and replacement of the roofing membrane identified in Section 2.2 Scope of Work. The proponent must manage the design and construction of the roofing system upgrades. The Town expects the successful proponent to take responsibility for all aspects of the project, with approval from the Town's designated contact.
