Wylie ISD is requesting proposals for Building Maintenance Supplies, Services, and Equipment. This is a qualifying solicitation only. When your company submits a response to WISD, you will be added to our list of approved vendors. If WISD needs supplies that your company qualifies for, we may contact you to provide an estimate. Details will be provided upon request for a quote. All supplies will be purchased on an as-needed basis only. There is no guarantee that a Purchase Order will be issued. Multiple contracts may be awarded. This Proposal Invitation requests a discount off the catalog or price list for supplies, materials, and equipment, as well as an hourly labor rate for installation and repair. Seeking suppliers for: o Appliances and Parts o Building o Carpentry o Electrical o Elevator o Equipment (Material Handling, Storage Equipment) o Fencing and Gates o Glass o HVAC o Landscape o Lighting o Locksmith o Maintenance o Masonry o Monitoring (Energy, Water, Security, etc.) o Paint o Parking Lot Striping o Pest Control o Plumbing o Power Generating Equipment o Power Washing o Roofing Supplies and Services o Signage o Solar o Tools (Hand Tools) o Welding o Other (All other Building Operations Supplies and Equipment Supplies) Questions should be submitted via online . Question Deadline 06/18/2026 at 3:00 PM CT The term of this contract is from October 22, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with the option to renew automatically until June 30, 2030. Wylie ISD also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive all technicalities and informalities, to be the sole judge of quality and equality, and to accept the proposal(s) that best meet the District's needs. Awards will be based on what, in our opinion, provides the best value according to the criteria and specifications.
