Site work and new construction of a swimming pool in Platteville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
This Bid Will Consist of Multiple Bid Packages and Will Be Subcontracted Through the Construction Manager as Constructor. The Work for Which Bids Are Asked Includes the Following: Construction, Modifications, and Updates to New Pool and Existing Structures Contractors May Bid on Multiple Packages. Each Bid Must Be Submitted on a Separate Bid Form and Placed in a Separate, Sealed Envelope With the Name and Address of the Bidder and the Name of the Package Being Bid Clearly Printed on the Front of Each Envelope. Envelope(S) Shall Be Addressed to the City of Platteville; Platteville Family Aquatic Center; 75 N. Bonson St.; Platteville, Wi 53818. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Amount Payable to the Owner, Listing Any Package(S) Intended to Be Bid. Bid and Bid Security May Not Be Withdrawn for a Period of 10 Days After Bid Date, and Will Be Retained if Bidder is Awarded the Contract and Fails to Execute the Agreement.
