Renovation of a mixed-use development in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SD36 is looking for General Contractors to go on the roster of qualified contractors that will be eligible to participate in projects as set out in the Master Agreement in Appendix C. Examples of work included, but not limited to: 1. Portable Remediation/Upgrades 2. Building Envelope Repairs 3. Egress Compound Gates 4. Classroom Modifications/Upgrades 5. Custom Structures 6. FDK Decking 7. Interior/Exterior Renovations 8. Re-piping Existing Contractors: Contractors that are already currently on SD36’s Roster for this RFPQ are asked NOT to make a submission to this RFPQ Refresh as this process is only for the purpose of onboarding new contractors and does not affect your current position on the list (unless informed otherwise in writing).
