Site work for a mixed-use development in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Civil/site services for soil remediation and archaeological works at Municipal Parking Lot 23, located at the northwest corner of University Avenue West and Caron Avenue, and, soil remediation at the former Grace Hospital site located at 339 Crawford Avenue; both sites in Windsor, Ontario. To facilitate the soil remediation and archaeological works for Municipal Parking Lot 23, the Project will require the removal of a grassed island with one (1) existing light standard, one (1) existing catch basin, and any other related utilities that cross the remedial and/or archaeological excavations. Acceptance or rejection of any tender will be made in accordance with City of Windsor Purchasing By-Law No. 93-2012 and amendments thereto. Questions must be received by no later than September 24, 2025.
