For partial demolition of a building on Pueblo lands. Project Location 5 Day School Road in the Pueblo of Santa Ana, New Mexico, 87004 The Pueblo of Santa Ana (Pueblo) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of partial demolition at the Five Sandoval Day School brownfield site. This Request for Proposals provides specifications and requirements for prospective, qualified firms to complete a proposal with itemized cost estimate for services. The contractor will be hired for the partial demolition of the non-historically significant sections of the main building and the two outbuildings at the property, totaling roughly 9,000 square feet. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, services, insurance, registrations, notifications, reports, permits and equipment necessary to carry out the work in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.
