Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Syracuse, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

The New York, Susquehanna and Western Railway Corp, and the Central New York Railroad is receiving proposals for project management and engineering services to rehabilitate three bridges - 175.53 in Deposit, 196.63 in Chenango Bridge and 272.17 in Syracuse. The NYS&W Railway and CNYK Railroad (the "Owner") will receive proposals for this work in accordance with the Request for Proposals, together with such addenda as may be issued prior to the date of receipt of proposals.
