THE CITY OF CLYDE IS ACCEPTING BIDS FOR THE PAINTING OF CITY HALL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE WORK ARE AS FOLLOWS: CITY HALL: - Power wash entire west wall and front of building - Seal bricks on south and east wall of building - Prime east & north walls as needed with Bull's Eye primer - Paint entire wall with latex paint that has a 25-year rating. Choice of paint to be used is Sherman-Williams or Behr. City will select the color. - Surfaces shall have a uniform color when completed. Proof of Insurance/Workmen Comp will be required if your bid is accepted. The City of Clyde reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted.
