The City of Baytown's Department of Public Works and Engineering is seeking to identify qualified firms registered in the State of Texas and eligible to enter into a Professional Services contract for one or more service discipline categories. The Specific Targeted Service Discipline Categories for this RFQ are as Follows: 1. Real Property Services 2. Land Surveying 3. Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing 4. Street and Storm water 5. Water Distribution, Wastewater Collection and Lift Stations 6. Water and Wastewater Treatment 7. Traffic and Transportation 8. Architectural and Structural 9. Environmental Services 10. Construction Project Management and Construction Inspection Through this RFQ process, Contracts awarded through this RFQ process may be subsequently extended/renewed for FY 2027 and 2028 via mutual agreement by the City and the Firm under contract. Proposers will be required to have a payment and performance bond. Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Firms are encouraged to submit proposals. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
