Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a bridge / tunnel in Brady Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The project consists of the following: demolition, excavation, installation of a Contech Aluminum Arch Culvert, stone subbase, milling, asphalt paving overlay, asphalt paving, guiderail, seeding and mulching, E&S BMPs, etc. Questions Due Date: Sep 26th 2025, 2:00 PM EDT Questions Online Portal or Bidder shall submit all questions via email to CES Engineering, LLC to the following address: lzeger@ces-engr.com A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Brady Township, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. A Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract and issued by a corporate surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be required to be furnished by the successful bidder. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts.
