Mann Lakes Embankment Protection Construction Project The management and oversight of the Project includes the following Work: Oversee and manage the installation and construction of embankment protection and related materials at Mann Lakes in Adams County, Colorado, including adding riprap around portions of Lake 1 and Lake 2, described more particularly in the Todd Creek Village Metropolitan District Mann Lakes Embankment Protection Construction Plans, as revised April 15, 2025. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidders are hereby advised the Owner reserves the right to not award a Contract until sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids, and Bidders expressly agree to keep their Bids open for the sixty (60) day time period. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders' qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is, in the opinion of the Owner, in its best interest. Owner also. reserves the right to extend the bidding period by addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
