CRESCENT DR. TO RAVINE DR. STORM PIPE REPLACEMENT The project includes the replacement of the storm pipe from the top of the slope on Crescent Dr. to the bottom of the slope on Ravine Dr. and installation of erosion control measures on the slope either side of the pipe and inlet protection. LOCATION OF WORK The work location is in Ravine Park, approximately 75 ft. north of Kahkwa Ave., from the Manhole B as shown on the plans near the top of the slope to the bottom of the slope to the catch basin east of the pavement of Ravine Dr. This project is subject to coverage under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage and related acts. Contractors bidding shall comply with the City of Erie's MBE and WBE Policy. Bids shall be made upon the official proposal forms attached to the specifications. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of a Corporate Surety Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Certificate of Deposit in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid.
