Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Moncton, New Brunswick. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a hospitality development; and restaurant.

Construction of a new hotel and restaurant within the Greater Moncton International Airport lands. The development site is located off of Aviation Ave, south of Exit 17, directly across from the P1 and P2 parking lots, and within walking distance of the Terminal Building. The parcel comprises approx. 16,959 square meters. It is expected that the project cost will be approximately $20M. TIMELINE: The project is preliminary. The request for expression of interest from potential proponents for development and operations of a hotel and restaurant has closed at the owner. Scope of work and project timelines to be determined pending agreements with a potential developer. An update may be available in early/spring 2027.
